Cutter Gauthier became enemy No. 1 in Philadelphia last season, and in his first game in Philly, the fans are letting him know just how much they hate him.

Last season, Philadelphia Flyers prospect Cutter Gauthier demanded a trade from the team, and ultimately he was given it as the team sent him to the Anaheim Ducks in return for Jamie Drysdale.

When asked about seeing Gauthier again, Head Coach John Tortorella was furious, angrily revealing that he doesn't care about him at all after the way his situation in Philadelphia ended.

«I don't [care] what he says. I'm not interested in answering any questions about Cutter Gauthier. I don't wish anything bad on the kid, I'm not going to answer any questions on it.»

Now, he is on the road to face the team for the first time, and unsurprisingly the fans did not forget, as there were many signs brought to the arena that showed their disdain for Gauther, plenty of which were confiscated by arena security.

Then, the game began, and the fans were once again all over the 20-year-old, screaming profanities at him along with the chant of "[explicit] you Cutter".

This is no surprise coming from one of the most emotional fanbases in the entire NHL, as we've seen this type of act from Philadelphia fans plenty in the past, although it's hard to deny that the former first-round pick brought this down on himself.

While the Flyers sit above the Ducks in the standings right now, Gauthier joins the likes of Mason MacTavish, Troy Terry, Leo Carlsson, and Troy Terry in making a very promising future in Anaheim, so only time will tell if he made the right call in his career.
