The Boston Bruins top line is absolutely furious with the officiating in last nights game vs the Ottawa Senators. It all started in the 2nd period with the Bruins leading 2-1 in what looked like a battle along the boards, Boston Bruins captain Patrice Bergeron gets a hooking penalty for hooking Senators forward Tim Stutzle.
Patrice Bergeron absolutely lost it after the call which you don't ever see from the Bruins captain who felt the call was pretty weak. The video is below and you be the judge, but from this photo it looks like a hook, sorry Bergeron.
Then later in the 2nd period with the Senators leading 3-2, The NHL's resident pest Brad Marchand would get called for tripping against Ottawa Senators forward Connor Brown. Brad Marchand loses it screaming at the officials and slamming the penalty box door. I think Marchand's reputation cost him here, in my opinion that was a good hit but the officials seen it differently.
