During his recent press conference John Tortorella found himself all over social media for his comments on young forward Bobby Brink. Tortorella called out Brink for his lack of ability in a certain area.

Despite calling him out he praises Brink for being one of their top young players that he enjoys. Tortorella has brought a brand new swagger to Philadelphia that has turned around their success.

This season has been a shocking result for the Philadelphia Flyers. The Flyers were projected to be near the bottom of the NHL and still rebuilding. Despite these predictions, they are currently in a playoff spot.
The Flyers have found a lot of their success due to the addition of John Tortorella behind the bench. He has changed the mindset of the Flyers and made them hard to play against. This is something that Bobby Brink apparently has not caught on to yet.
The Flyers are on the verge of a massive influx of youth in the next couple of years. With prospects like Cutter Gauthier and Matvei Michkov close to NHL ready John Tortorella being able to show he can develop young talents like Bobby Brink is key.
