REPORT: Patrick Kane REFUSES to waive No-Trade-Clause for one specific team

Patrick Kane is the biggest fish on the market for this years trade deadline. The three-time Stanley Cup champion wants to win another cup before he retires and being on the wrong side of 30, he might be running out of time to try for another.
Kane expressed interest in joining the New York Rangers, but unfortunately for him, the Rangers chose to go a different direction and traded with the St. Louis Blues to bring in Vladimir Tarasenko.
Another team Kane is interested in is the Toronto Maple Leafs, but the Leafs have some major cap issues that could make it very hard to swing this deal.
Kane has a full no trade clause which means he gets to decided where he gets traded to, and it's being reported that he has absolutely no interest in going to a certain team.
That team being, the New York Islanders - who already swung a big trade to bring in Bo Horvat:
