On Sunday, the Boston Bruins celebrated 100 years in the NHL with a matchup against the Montreal Canadiens, the team that they played in their first NHL game way back in 1924.
Since then, this has been one of the top rivalries in the sport, with many incredible battles over the years, and while the Canadiens have struggled in recent times, that doesn't make this any less of an exciting rivalry.
In celebration, however, former Canadien PK Subban has taken a hilarious shot at Brad Marchand especially and the Bruins organization on social media, naming his top five moments against the team.
To no one's surprise, the top moment of all was the absolutely brutal, highlight reel hit on now captain Brad Marchand that highlighted just how much he loved playing against the Bruins as it left a young Marchand absolutely battered.
However, second on the list was a much more memorable moment for the Canadiens organization and their fans, as it was the 2OT winner against the Bruins in Game 1 of the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, a moment that will live on for quite some time in Montreal.
While Subban has one of the best highlight reels against an individual team that we've seen in recent years, he often loved laying the boom on Marchand and the whole team more than beating them, although he did plenty of both.
Ultimately though, the Bruins found more team success during the Subban era than Montreal did, so they will consider it a win, but it's still a great way for Subban to celebrate 100 years of the Bruins than with this incredible highlight package.
