Connor Bedard was asked by the Winnipeg Media today about the rumors that had circulated surrounding Bedard and Perry. He maturely handled the questions considering the circumstances of the rumors involving his family.
Winnipeg media asked Connor Bedard about the impact of the Perry «rumors» today. Frankly, I don't think this was an appropriate time to do so. But I do think his response is worth posting:
«It's just a bunch of BS on the internet. It's of course been an affect on myself and my family, and that's not fair. But it's out of our control. It's all just fake, made-up stuff.»

Bedard and his family will now thankfully be able to put the whole situation behind him. Bedard himself has had an incredible rookie season and is the odds-on favorite for the Calder Trophy. He will have an opportunity to keep building on his impressive season against the Jets tomorrow afternoon.
