BREAKING: Great news for the Washington Capitals on Alexander Ovechkin
The Washington Capitals had great news to share today, after missing the final 3 games of the season, in which the Capitals went 0-3-0, captain Alexander Ovechkin was a full participant in the teams practice today for the first time since sustaining the injury against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The Capitals start their playoffs on Tuesday against the Florida Panthers and if they want to stand a chance, Ovechkin will need to be a driving force.

Many thought that Ovechkin might be healthy enough to skate and play, but not having his shoulder at 100% would affect him shot. Well, judging by this video, Ovechkin shoulder and shot are ready to go!
