With rumours circulating around the NHL have Lou Lamoriello and the 29th placed New York Islanders it sounds like the New Jersey Devils are showing interest in trading for former Devil Kyle Palmeri.
The Devils dealt Palmeri at last year's deadline, but not until they'd tried to sign Palmeri to a contract extension.
The Islanders are a very interesting situation as they've been to the conference finals two years in a row before bottoming out this season.
