The players in the NHL are not happy with NHLPA head Donald Fehr and they shouldn't be. After this week's revelations that Kyle Beach spoke to Fehr and the NHLPA about what occurred in 2010, with no response.
The NHLPA Executive Board has scheduled a call for Monday with the player representative from all 32 teams.
There are already rumours circulating the players may look to replace Fehr and an early candidate might be Mathieu Schneider
Whatever happens the players are aware they pay their union dues to be protected from things like this and knowing one of their own was betrayed by their union can't sit well.
