Right now things are going smoothly for the Minnesota Wild and Newly acquired goaltender Marc Andre Fleury. Fleury is one of the most liked and well respected players in the game today.
But there's speculation on if or where will Flower play next season. There's no secret the Pittsburgh Penguins regret giving Marc Andre Fleury away in favor of Matt Murray who also isn't with the Penguins now either.
The Pittsburgh Penguins were believed to be interested in Fleury but Chicago sent him to Minnesota. Now Marc Andre Fleury is a pending UFA at seasons end and Fleury gets to decide his own fate.
Sportsnet's hockey insider Elliotte Friedman spoke on this during his 32 thoughts podcast and Friedman revealed that he believes Marc Andre Fleury will likely return back to the Pittsburgh Penguins next season.
Fleury played his best hockey in Pittsburgh playing 13 seasons in Pittsburgh winning 3 Stanley Cups with Fleury in likely his last year it would be perfect finishing playing in Pittsburgh were it all began for Flower.
