The Winnipeg Jets - Colorado Avalanche series has been a wild one, but things went too far last night as defenseman Brendan Dillon suffered a skate blade injury.
The defenseman was involved in a massive scrum between the two teams when a skate blade had impact with his hand. It left a big pool of blood on the ice, and he was forced to rush to the locker room for medical support.
Skate blade injuries are treated very seriously, especially considering some incidents that have occurred in the hockey landscape this year.
CONTENT WARNING
During a scrum last night it appears Brendan Dillon's hand was sliced open last night. Really hope he's okay that looks gnarly.

Hopefully Brendan Dillon will be alright and be able to return for the Winnipeg Jets to fight their way back to a tied series with the Colorado Avalanche. The 2022 cup champion Avalanche have looked phenomenal, and they won't be easy competition.
We will provide updates as they emerge.
