Early on in tonight's game between the Predators and Canucks, Michael McCarron took a run at Casey DeSmith risking significant injury to the goaltender.
The Vancouver Canucks are already quite depleted in the goaltending department. Thankfully, DeSmith was just fine after the hit and McCarron was penalized. The Canucks cashed in on the subsequent powerplay with a goal from JT Miller.
Currently, the game is in the 2nd intermission with the Canucks up 2-0. The series is at 1 a piece but will go into one teams favor by the end of the night.
