When the Tampa Bay Lightning came back from down 3 games to 2 and defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs in 7 games people were excited. It was enough to forget for a few minutes that during that game the Bolts lost one of their best players in Brayden Point to injury.
Point must have thought that the chances of a stanley cup three-peat were just ended as he was spotted crying on the bench, but like a true hockey, his teammates were giving him pats and telling him ''Dont worry, we got this!''
Brayden Point missed game 1 last night against the Florida Panthers, which the Lightning easily won 4-1, but the bad news is, it sounds like he is missing game 2 as well.
It's never good news for a player when a day before the game they've already announced that the player will be missing.
Now the question begs, how long will Point be out?
