BREAKING: Don Cherry talks about relationship with Ron MacLean - ''can't be friends again''

On November 11th 2019, CBC fired their legendary broadcaster Don Cherry, the heart and soul of Coaches Corner, which started all the way back in 2019.
Cherry was always a huge supporter of the armed forces, and coming up on Remembrance Day, he made this comment to immigrant citizens while on the air:
«You people you love our way of life, you love our milk and honey, at least you can pay a couple bucks for a poppy or something like that. These guys paid for your way of life that you enjoy in Canada, these guys paid the biggest price.»
After the firing, Ron MacLean refused to support Don Cherry after his firing and the two have not been friends since.
Toronto Sun reporter Joe Warmington asked Cherry about if his relationship with MacLean can be fixed and this is what Cherry had to say:
