It was to much surprise that 16 days later, Klingberg was still available, especially knowing how many teams are usually interested in a offensive right-handed shooting defenceman.
Klingberg put up 47 points in 74 games last season and has a career high of 67 points. If a team is looking for someone to run a powerplay and get the puck out of the zone quick, he is the man.
Klingberg was getting tired of being a free agent and fired his agent this past week, and it looks like his new representation was already able to find him a new deal.
