Leafs Place Murray On LTIR
The Toronto Maple Leafs have made a massive move by placing Matt Murray on the LTIR.
He is expected to miss the entirety of the 2023-24 season effectively ending his career as a Maple Leaf. He struggled with injuries last year missing substantial time and only playing 26 games.
His numbers in Toronto were poor posting a .903 sv% and a 3.01 GAA. He will look to completely recover from his injuries and potentially start up again with a new franchise.
