On Tuesday night, the Predators were hosting the Vancouver Canucks, in what finished as a 5-4 win for the Canucks.
During the game, the Predators star Center Ryan Johansen looks to have been hit with a skate on his ankle, which caused him to leave the game, which he ended up needing surgery.
The Nashville Predators will be without Ryan Johansen for the rest of the season.

Johansen is having a bit of a down offensive year, only scoring 12 goals and 28 points in 55 games, but despite his point totals, he drives offense in Nashville. Their hopes of pulling back into a playoff spot has just taken a major hit, with Johansen being shut down for atleast the next 12 weeks:
