The Chicago Blackhawks are working the phones trying to make trades but there most complicated trade chip might be their most valuable. The Blackhawks are hoping to move goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury but according to Emily Kaplan of The Athletic the situation is very complex.
When Fleury was traded to the Hawks this summer he had to be convinced to join the Original 6 franchise and this complicates things along with Fleury's no trade clause.
If Fleury chooses to accept a trade the Edmonton Oilers are expected to be extremely interested as they've already been linked to veteran Carey Price as well.
