Linus Ullmark and Jeremy Swayman had developed an amazing post victory ritual. After every Bruins win the two goalies went through their own amazing celebration that fans absolutely fell in love with. The post game hug became something fans looked forward to after every victory, but with the signing of Tuukka Rask that unfortunately meant the departure of Swayman to the minors.
After Ullmark's first victory in Boston without Swayman he was forced to celebrate on his own with this huge instead.
Last night in Providence, Swayman won his first game since being demoted to the AHL and celebrates in similar heartbreaking fashion.
It's amazing the bonds players build in their short time together, but this is just another reason to love the game so much.
