It's been awhile since we've seen the Edmonton Oilers make the Western Conference Finals, but it looks like they could just possibly do it this year!
The fans have definitely been taking it all in and it's been quite a party scene in Edmonton during this run.
One fan decided to stand on a bunch of spikes ontop of a digital board, chug a bottle of whisky, throw up all over fans and then gets arrested for his actions.
AND THIS IS ONLY ROUND 2. Can you imagine what's going to happen if the Oilers make the finals? And ... imagine if they lose, will we see a Vancouver riot all over again?
After a «Decade of Darkness», the Edmonton Oilers look poised to make the Western Conference Finals for the first time since 2006 when they lost to the Carolina Hurricanes in the Stanley Cup final. During that cup run, Edmonton was the scene of frequent vandalism, fights, and fires along popular bar district Whyte Avenue.
