Hockey player taunts the crowd after knocking someone UNCONSCIOUS unable to stand

Everyone in hockey loves to see big hits, but when someone get's injured there is a line you don't cross and this player definitely crossed it.
This past weekend, the Arizona State Sun Devils and LindenWood Lions in the NCAA played and Lions Hunter Johanneso caused a serious injury to Arizona States Lucas Sillinger.
After which, he began to taunt the crowd:
#21 taunts the crowd after a hard hit of #asu star player #lucassillinger which knocked him unconscious when his head hit the ice
Johanneso was called for an elbow to the head and was given a 5 minute major for the play.
