It's clear the leaked Flames offer was just a negotiations tactic as the Golden Knights have just acquired Jack Eichel.
Elliotte Friedman reports the deal is pending a trade call at this time.
"Just on radio as I type thisso forgive any typos. Eichel goes with a 3rd rounder for Peyton Krebs, Alex Tuch, a 1st in 2022 and a 2nd in 2023."
This package aligns closely with what we at Wheel House had heard but sees Krebs added to the deal instead of two other prospects previously discussed.
