John Tortorella is in the top 15 in all time wins as a head coach (14th), but he is definitely ranked first when it comes to post-game media interviews.
Last night the Philadelphia Flyers played the hot New Jersey Devils who are currently first place in the NHL, and while they did end up losing 3-2, they played a very good game against a far more skilled team.
After the game, the head coach had their usual post-game press conference, and Torts was not happy with the questions being asked by the media and just walked off:
One thing you need to love about this guy is he cares about his team and while he sometimes calls his players out publicly, he will also defend his players publicly, which is exactly what everyone wants in a coach.
