Legendary Enforcer Drops The Gloves For The First Time In Over A Decade
One of the greatest enforcers in the history of hockey has turned back the clock and dropped the gloves again!
Brashear Drops The Gloves
When in the NHL, Donald Brashear was one of the most feared enforcers of his time. Throughout his 1000-game career, Brashear registered over 2600 PIMs including a crazy season in 1997-98 where he had 372 PIMs in 77 games.
Since retiring in 2010, Brashear has always expressed his desire to return to hockey but had yet to act on it till this season.
Brashear Drops The Gloves
In a game for the Quebec Black Jack, Brashear dropped the gloves with Derek Parker, a semi-pro legend who once had 500+ PIMs in a single game.
Derek Parker vs Donald Brashear was not on our 2023 bingo card but the LNAH ain't cancelled yet.
Throughout Brashear's career, he registered 390 fights, over 270 of which were in the NHL. It is great to see him still throwing haymakers at the age of 51.
As seen on Blade of Steel - 51-year-old Donald Brashear turns back the clock & drops the mitts
