Nobody expected this series to end this way, but the Florida Panthers have prevailed over the record-breaking Boston Bruins.
Matthew Tkachuk was a massive proponent to the Panthers' success, and he got first dibs on the post-game interview.
Tkachuk Disses the Bruins
Many thought the Bruins would get this series done in four games, and once they held a 3-1 series lead, many were sure it was over.
Instead, Tkachuk and the Panthers managed to prevail, and Tkachuk didn't hold back in his post-game comments.
Nobody favoured is in the series.
Everybody thinks this is the greatest upset in NHL history except for the guys in that room
These are big words from Tkachuk, but it's hard to argue against him. The greatest regular season team in NHL history being upset by a Panthers team who only earned their playoff spot in Game #81.
It's hard to believe this is where we are at right now.
