Robin Lehner discusses being Bullied via Social Media

Las Vegas Golden knights goaltender has had interesting career, he's been openly honest about his health issues and mental state in hopes that his story helps others.

Robin Lehner made a victorious return in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Vancouver Canucks. Lehner revealed to team insider Jesse Granger that he forced to make a tough decision.

Lehner is known to be a strong voice for people who don't have one, Lehner's been called, "The voice of the voiceless." Lehner is a huge advocate for mental health, and the importance and on how he believes the NHL should be run, especially when it comes to helping players with personal issues with so many hiding their issues inside still.

Carey Price was one also hiding all the the stress of playing in a hockey crazed city like Montreal and hiding injures caused Carey Price to Substance Abuse that Carey thankfully got help for back in October 2021, signing into a substance abuse program run by the NHLPA.

Robin Lehner has confirmed that he quit social media by deleting his Twitter account, on which he liked to help and support people because of relentless bullying and the amount of energy it took out of him.

"Robin Lehner said it's unfortunate that he decided to delete his twitter because it's a tool he's used to try to help people, but said «it hasn't been an easy climate for me» and that he thought it was the right move at the moment."

With Stories like Robin Lehner's Carey Price and there's countless numbers of players still hiding things in. For fear of being bullied of looked down on. This needs to change hockey players are humans also everyone has problems even NHL stars no one deserves to be bullied or criticized for it hopefully this can one day change.
