During the second period of game 4 tonight, Anthony Cirelli appears to suffer a pretty gruesome injury. Cirelli falls to the ice after getting tangled up with two Avalanche players, Landeskog and Toews.
Unfortunately for Cirelli, it looks like as he fell, Alex Killon's skate clips Cirelli's arm and slices his bicep.
Cirelli immediately grabs his arms, jumps to his feet and rushes down the tunnel to the locker room.
Cirelli has not returned yet and no update has been made on him.
