SCARY scene - Players has throat sliced by skate

Recently in a Women hockey game in Sweden, Lule� and Brynäs IF were playing in the finals and one of the top players in the league in Jenni Hiirikoski had an unfortunate accident.
Here is the incident:
Scary scene at the Swedish womens final as Lule� defender Jenni Hiirikoski has a skate cut her throat. She was rushed to a hospital and is in stable condition. Lule� would end up winning the game after a 30 minute delay. from

Thanks to the prompt attention of the players, referees, and staff, Hiirikoski received quick medical attention on the ice and was swiftly transported to the hospital. After a 30-minute delay, the game resumed and Hiirikoski's team, Lule�, ultimately emerged victorious. It's a relief to hear that Hiirikoski is now in stable condition. Without the fast response of those involved, this unfortunate incident could have had a much different outcome.
