After the San Jose Sharks latest game, which again was a loss, Sharks captain Logan Couture was furious with his teammate Erik Karlsson, but up until recently no one knew why.
As you will see in the video below, with 13 seconds to go and the Sharks only down by 1 goal and trying to tie the game, Karlsson is seen standing by the boards talking with the referee instead of trying to help his team score to tie the game.
As I am sure we all would be, Couture was livid that his teammate did not even attempt to help his team push the game into overtime, but instead Bo Horvat scores an empty net goal to make the game 4-2.
While there is no guarantee that Karlsson could have saved the day, but when you see a teammate not even try, I don't blame Couture for a second for blowing up like he did.
Karlsson said the other day that changes will definitely be coming to the team after they announce a new General Manager, so has he already given up?
