Adam Ruzicka Faces Crushing Punishment From His Home Country After Losing NHL Contract
Today an announcement has been made that now former NHLer Adam Ruzicka has been given an additional punishment from his home country of Slovakia.
Ruzicka Placed On Waivers By The Arizona Coyotes
Earlier this week Adam Ruzicka was placed on unconditional waivers for the purpose of release for a video that surfaced on social media.
The video shows Ruzicka participating in illegal activities that are not supported by the NHL. As such he was released by the Coyotes. Since being released by the Coyotes things have gotten worse for Ruzicka as his come country of Slovakia has taken a stand against his actions as well.
Ruzicka Banned From National Team Competition With His Home Country
In a statement made by the governing body for Slovakian hockey the Slovakian National team has banned Ruzicka from playing in multiple upcoming tournaments.
Hockey Slovakia condemns Adam Ruzicka's behavior, drops him from championships.
It appears that Slovakians do not appreciate this type of behavior... !

As of now, it is unclear how long this ban will continue for Ruzicka. This adds fuel to the debate of whether Ruzicka should be banned and shunned from competition or supported and helped through the mistakes he has made.
