Ten teams emerge as potential suitors for Winnipeg Jets star Nikolaj Ehlers

Nikolaj Ehlers is reportedly open to being traded by the Winnipeg Jets and ten teams have emerged as potential candidates to land the Danish star.

Nikolaj Ehlers has consistently been one of the better forwards for the Winnipeg Jets for his entire career. Ehlers consistently scores at 60+ point paces but struggles to stay healthy and does not perform as well in the playoffs.

Entering the final year of his contract, Ehlers is rumored to be one of the top forwards on the trade block and insider David Pagnotta has shared ten teams that could be interested in Ehlers' services.

"Teams like the New York Islanders, Nashville Predators, Boston Bruins, Seattle Kraken, New Jersey Devils, Vancouver Canucks, Carolina Hurricanes, Chicago Blackhawks, Ottawa Senators and Columbus Blue Jackets are among the teams looking to add a top-six winger and Ehlers is an attractive option." - David Pagnotta

Ehlers scored 25 goals and 61 points for the Jets this past year but did not have an overwhelming playoff performance notching only two assists in a five-game series loss.

With a lot of action to come this offseason, Ehlers will certainly be one of the names to watch out for in one of the bigger trades this offseason.
