Not only did Friedman reveal that, but he also indicated that American teams are more likely to land him.

The news Friedman revealed is not good if you're a Leaf fan, as you probably thought that the Leafs were the frontrunners to land Hanifin due to Brad Treliving's past relationship with the Flames.
