Boston Bruins netminder Linus Ullmark is the best goaltender left on the trade market as it stands and he has reportedly waived his no-trade clause for a potential trade to the Ottawa Senators.

Recently, the NHL has seen two goaltenders get traded as Jacob Markstrom got traded to the New Jersey Devils and Darcy Kuemper got traded to the LA Kings. This leaves former Vezina award-winning goaltender Linus Ullmark as the best netminder on the block.

It was recently announced that Ullmark has waived his no-trade clause for a potential trade with the Ottawa Senators.

Dom (@dominictiano) reports that Ullmark has officially waived his NTC for the Senators.

He also specifies that no trade or extension has been reached yet.

The Senators are in desperate need of elite goaltending and if they move for Ullmark, then he would be their number one guy immediately. Last season, Ullmark split the net with Jeremy Swayman who is projected to receive a massive payday this coming summer.

Only time will tell if Ullmark gets traded to the Senators or not but this is certainly something to look out for moving forward.
