Patrick Kane is widely considered one of the top unrestricted free agents this off-season with many team targeting him.
However, he may lose some teams interest due to a major injury that will have him sidelined for at least half the season.
Kane's hip injury was no secret this past season with him struggling with the issue for most of the year affecting his on ice place.
With Kane getting the surgery in hopes of playing for a long time, any team that signs him may have to take a long term risk on him.
