While the Montreal Canadiens are not very high in the standings this season, one thing Habs fans can be happy about is the play of their young stars in Cole Caufield, Nick Suzuki and Kirby Dach.
The three are leading the way on the team both on the ice and in the statistical column.
Monday night against the Calgary Flames, Caufield took a big hit and ended up leaving the game injured.
He did not return to the game and many thought he could miss some time. While smaller players used to have a more difficult time making it to the NHL, is today's game it's more about speed and skill rather than size. But plays like this show that size is still a big factor.
The good news is though, the Montreal Canadiens announced their roster for tonights game, and Caufield is starting at left wing:
The Habs are in Ottawa to take on the Senators tonight and look for Caufield to score some big goals tonight.
