BREAKING: NHL Insiders Reveal Upcoming Trade Involving Flames Center And Another Pacific Division Team
A new report has just emerged from multiple NHL insiders that the Calgary Flames are working on a trade involving Elias Lindholm
Flames Center To Be Traded To Division Rival
Elliotte Friedman was the first to report tonight that the Flames and Canucks are working on a deal for centerman Elias Lindholm. The trade could make sense as both teams have already been trade partners this season.
There is word tonight talks between Vancouver and Calgary are intensifying around Elias Lindholm. We will see where it goes.
This trade is likely what Kevin Weeks was referring to when he noted that the Flames were working on a deal.
The Canucks and Flames of course completed a trade for defenseman Nikita Zadorov earlier in the year. This could give the Canucks an edge over other teams in current trade discussions.
