As hockey fans, we all love seeing big hits and fights, but one has to be willing to drop the gloves for it to actually be enjoyable.
The LNAH league is pretty entertaining as there is always these big hits and fights, and a little less hockey played.
A player for example in the LNAH is Derek Parker who has registered 494 penalty minutes in his last 75 games.
Parker is in the video below, who delivered a horrible cheap shot on Patrick Bordeleau.
