Bruce Boudreau is one of the winningest National Hockey League coaches of all time. Of all coaches in NHL history to coach over 1000 games, Boudreau is second in winning percentage, only behind the great Scotty Bowman.
All Boudreau does is win in the regular season, but unfortunately that wasn't happening in Vancouver this year. Boudreau took over the Canucks about mid way through the season last year and the team went on a huge run and almost made a playoff push, but unfortunately that didn't translate to this season and the Canucks ended up firing Boudreau.
Boudreau has a deep love for the game, and after he got fired, many believed he would step away from hockey for awhile. Apparently though that is not the case as it was officially announced that Boudreau has signed on to return to the NHL Network as an analyst, which starts tonight.
The National Hockey League announces former Vancouver Canucks head coach Bruce Boudreau will return to NHL Network as a studio analyst.
