Last night should be the tipping point in Vancouver. The Canucks lost 4-1 on the back of a Jake Guentzel hat trick and we're vastly outplayed by being out shot 44-23. This team is absolutely listless and the fans have had enough.
During the game the fans chanted "Fire Benning and the team was booed on multiple occasions throughout the night.
The voices are getting louder and it finally boiled over when a fan threw their Canucks jersey on the ice.
If that wasn't bad enough the Penguins Brian Dumoulin picked up the jersey and sent it back into the crowd.
It's tough to think that if something doesn't change in Vancouver quickly there could be permanent damage to this fan base especially with the Kraken just down the road.
