KHL goaltender makes ''inappropriate'' gesture to other team after game

There's been a growing trend happening in hockey as of late and some like it, others might find it offensive, including the hockey leagues.
What I'm referring to is inappropriate hand gestures made from one player to another player, fan, coach etc. Last week we all saw Minnesota Wild's forward Ryan Hartman give Edmonton Oilers forward Evander Kane the finger.
Hartman was fined $4250 but now we are seeing this carrying in to other leagues. During the ending of this KHL game goaltender Ivan Fedorov a Philadelphia Flyers prospect made what the league is calling a "Obscene gesture" after game 2 of the Gagarin cup final.
Looks to me like he blew him a kiss.
