The series between the Oilers and the Golden Knights has been a lot of fun. Unfortunately for the Oilers, one player will miss out on the fun next game.
NHL rules indicate that any player that opts to instigate a fight will automatically be suspended for one game.
For Darnell Nurse, this means he'll be watching Game 5 from the press box.
Nurse Suspended, Woodcroft Fined
Beyond Darnell Nurse's suspension, Jay Woodcroft has also been fined $10,000. This is another automatic effect of Nurse's instigation.
We will see if the tables are evened when the NHl rules on Alex Pietrangelo's play on Leon Draisaitl.
