When the Chicago Blackhawks decided to enter a rebuild back at the 2022 NHL trade deadline, many wondered what was going to happen with Blackhawks superstar Patrick Kane.
Kane is still operating at a elite pace and definitely wants to try for another cup before he retires, and that wont be happening for the 33 year old in Chicago anytime soon.
Many believed that Kane would be traded this offseason but nothing has come yet. The Hawks already traded away young stars Alex Debrincat and Kirby Dach, along with a few depth scorers last season, so the Blackhawks roster is looking a little thin and rough right now.
The other night the Chicago Blackhawks played the defending Stanley Cup champion Colorado Avalanche and well, Kane was not too happy with his teammate.
Jones signed an 8 year extension with the Blackhawks after being traded to Chicago, which he and the team are definitely regretting right now.
