REPORT: Maple Leafs lose CONTROVERSIAL video review - Lose game after

Something happened tonight that is just flat out not supposed to happen. The Toronto Maple Leafs hosted the Arizona Coyotes and lost.
The Arizona Coyotes tonight jumped out to a 2-0 lead over the Leafs, but the Leafs stormed back to tie it at 2 after scoring 2 goals in 25 seconds.
Then a poor giveaway by Justin Holl gave the Coyotes a 3-2 lead. The Maple Leafs believed they then again tied the game with just under a minute to go, but the situation room decided to review the call.
The referee then went to center, and gave the following explanation for the called back goal:
