Referee gets SLASHED in the head and KICKED by a skate from a player

We know hockey is played with a lot of passion and a lot of aggression. To quote Mike Myers from Mystery Alaska, if you dont play this game with a lot of heart and a big bag of knuckles, you don't got dinky doo.
But with all that in mind, no referee should have to put up with abuse like this from a player.
This clip below is from a Russian league which is a lower level, but no matter what the level is, this is just flat out uncalled for.
OH MY GOD 😱
Some league in Russia - a player two-hand chops one of the referees in the head and then kicks him while he is down.
I loved seeing the other team come to the defence of the referee though.
