Sergei Fedorov is the current head coach of HC CSKA Moscow and he might just be an absolute genius as well.
In the last two overtime games that Federov's team has played he has begun 3 on 3 overtime with a goalie on the ice, but as soon as his team acquires the puck he has pulled the goalie giving his team a 4 on 3 advantage.
The crazy part in both of those games Federov's teams have won.
