Well Washington Capitals forward Tom Wilson has been talked about alot of late. After catching Flyers Cam Atkinson slightly from behind on Tuesday night, then running over Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Jack Campbell, he's been making headlines.
In the second period Wilson would go to lay a big hit on Habs forward Jake Evans. Evans in retaliation gives Wilson a nice slash which Wilson would try to challenge Evans to a fight but Habs Forward Josh Anderson jumped in knowing Evans isn't a fighter.
With the score 4-2 Capitals, Wilson chose not to go fight, so the officials gave Josh Anderson a penalty on the play. That's when Wilson turned things up as he openly taunted Anderson, who was in the penalty box. Habs Josh Anderson would give it back in the box chirping Tom Wilson telling him:
The chirping didn't stop there as the two continued to go after each other with pokes and chirping for the rest of the game. Unfortunately though, the fight never happened.
