Zach Hyman takes a shot at Maple Leafs and fans in exit interview
After becoming a free agent last offseason, Zach Hyman signed a 7 year deal with an AAV of $5,500,000 with the Edmonton Oilers.
The 29 year old in his first season with the Oilers set career highs in goals (27) and points (54) while putting up an additional 11 goals and 16 points in the playoffs before getting swept by the Colorado Avalanche.
Today the Oilers had their end of season press conference in which Hyman had nothing but great things to say about the fanbase in Edmonton.

Hyman spent the first 6 years of his career in Toronto before leaving in free agency, and it will be interesting to see how Leafs fans respond to Hyman's remarks. Hyman was loved by Leafs fans and was considered the only player who brought the physical hardworking mentality that has been lacking in the organization.
