UFC fighters react to the most infamous fights in NHL history
Several UFC fighters sat down to watch some of the more notorious fights in NHL history yesterday ahead of UFC 304, including one altercation Kevin Bieksa was involved in.
UFC 304 was last night and it did not disappoint with exciting matches and even a first-time winner. Ahead of the contest though, several of the fighters reacted to some fights on ice.
So... how do we organize a Paddy/Bieksa meetup?! 💥
Ahead of #UFC304, we had fighters share their thoughts on a handful of NHL KOs. 💪
Among the fights that they saw was a famous 2017 altercation between Kevin Bieksa and Radko Gudas. At the time, the fight was a notable event as Bieksa dropped the infamous Gudas with a single, 'superman' style, punch to the face.

Many of the UFC fighters were particularly impressed by this move. Both Lightweight and heavyweight champions Paddy Pimblett and Tom Aspinall were highly complimentary of the move by Bieksa.
"Wow he's Superman punched him! Who's that? What's his name? Bieska? Need to meet him! He's a belter!" -Paddy Pimblett
"Ooo he did like a Superman punch on ice. I don't know how they fight on ice it's very impressive." -Tom Aspinall
Both fights must have been taking notes from the former enforcer as they both did exceptionally well in their events at UFC 304. Pimblett won the lightweight championship on a submission while Aspinall won the heavyweight title with a TKO just one minute into the contest. Meanwhile, Belal Muhammad won the main event with his first-ever UFC title.
