Anaheim Ducks slip up and reveal Cutter Gauthier's personal info
The Anaheim Ducks recently signed Cutter Gauthier to his entry-level contract and accidentally leaked his personal information to the public.
Last night, the Anaheim Ducks announced they signed Hobey Baker finalist and 2022 5th overall pick Cutter Gauthier to his 3-year entry-level contract.
The post above was not the Anaheim Ducks' original post as in the original post they accidentally forgot to blur the contract Gauthier signed which showed his home address.
In their original tweet of him signing his contract his state address is listed on the paper. They reposted it but blurred it out.
Gauthier is quite the controversial prospect forcing his way out from the Philadelphia Flyers organization being traded to Anaheim in exchange for Jamie Drysdale and a 2nd round pick.
TRADE: We have acquired left wing Cutter Gauthier from the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for defenseman Jamie Drysdale and a second-round selection in the 2025 NHL Draft.
Despite his notoriety, Gauthier is one of the best players outside of the NHL currently being a Hobey Baker finalist alongside projected 2024 1st overall pick Macklin Celebrini and 2021 4th rounder and Carolina Hurricanes prospect Jackson Blake.
During his final year with Boston College in the NCAA, Gauthier scored 38 goals and 27 assists for 65 points in only 41 games. He was also a leader with Team USA at the World Junior Championships scoring a tournament-leading 12 points in 7 games helping bring home the gold.
