Coyotes owner Alex Meruelo comes under fire for tasteless behavior
Tonight the Arizona Coyotes and their owner Alex Meruelo are under further criticism. This time a statement that the organization released is being ridiculed for being potentially written using AI software ChatGPT.
The Arizona Coyotes have faced a bombardment of rumors about their potential relocation to Salt Lake City. Amongst all the rumors and questions from fans the Arizona Coyotes decided to release a statement.
Immediately upon the statement's release fans went digging into how the statement came together. One user on X discovered that the statement seems to be written using ChatGPT.
How sorry can you really be if the entire thing was written by ChatGPT?
In such a turbulent time for the franchise and a sad time for fans, this is a ridiculous mistake. The Arizona Coyotes have shown a blatant disregard for their players, employees, and fans throughout this entire process.
Hopefully, this gaffe will lead the Coyotes front office and owner to take more care in creating a message for their fans.
